Every now and then, someone will write to me asking me if I have a Penny Sale going that week, because they cannot find it. (I know lots of people like to look for and find it, even if they are not planning to buy anything. It's a fun game!) I never thought much about this, until last week. Usually, I have a large wipe-off board by my desk, where I write that week's sales and where the Penny Sale is hidden. Since moving, I have not had room for this board, so I have had to just keep everything in my mind. When looking or the Penny Sale last week to change it, I COULD NOT FIND IT! I looked for at least a half hour, and finally gave up and decide to just let it ride for one more week. And the sad thing is, since it's my site and I know what kinds of profits I am making, I also know where NOT to look (that is, what groups of items you will never find in a Penny Sale due to very low profit margins). Finally I discovered that this week's sale was Garnet Beads, but wow, it was quite a game there for a while!
