Lots of folks comment on how fun this site is, and how they enjoy the overall shopping experience. I do try to have intriguing sales and fun things to spice up the place. One thing I keep getting comments on is the weekly Penny Sale. It seems as though nearly every order I get from the online store has that special item in it, and I really do think it makes browsing more fun. I got the idea from another site which offered a mystery free item when you purchase a certain amount. (In their case it was $50.00; I only require a $10.00 purchase.) I thought about the Mystery Gift, but I couldn't make it free, since if I don't give a price to my items, they cannot be purchased. So the "free" option was out, but I could certainly sell something for a penny, which is the same thing. And instead of making it a random "Mystery Gift," I decided to change it every week and hide it around the site.

Every shopper is welcome to search for and add the Penny Item to his or her order. Please note that each customer is entitled to one Penny Item PER ORDER, not per $10.00. (This means, if you purchase $50.00 in one order, you get ONE Penny Item, not five.) And the item always appears right next to its regular-price counterpart, so if you need more than one, you can always buy more at the regular price. But rules aren't any fun, so go get searching and have a grand time!
